FIRST TIME?
- Drop us a quick email at totalpowerbagsfitness@gmail.com saying you would like to go*.
- Complete the 'Readiness to train form' by clicking the link below.
- Turn up to your first POWERBAGS session.
- We will add you to our Whatsapp community group for future bookings (don't worry, it's not one of those groups with 100's of messages per day, just the essentials).
*If you are claiming your first FREE session, just state in the email this is your first time and we'll let you know what to do
