FIRST TIME?

  1. Drop us a quick email at totalpowerbagsfitness@gmail.com saying you would like to go*.
  2. Complete the 'Readiness to train form' by clicking the link below.
  3. Turn up to your first POWERBAGS session.
  4. We will add you to our Whatsapp community group for future bookings (don't worry, it's not one of those groups with 100's of messages per day, just the essentials).


*If you are claiming your first FREE session, just state in the email this is your first time and we'll let you know what to do


BEEN BEFORE?

  1. Drop us a quick email at totalpowerbagsfitness@gmail.com saying you would like to go and we'll get you booked in.
